Cardinal Healthcare is a private duty healthcare nursing service providing long and short term care, shift and twenty-four hour care to clients in their home. We assist the pediatric and adult client with skilled professional nursing care, home health aides, and support services, including recommendations for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist, Licensed Psychologists and Social Workers. Our agency works diligently to minimize the devastating physical, emotional and psychological effect of illness, injury and disability on the clients and their families. We use a unique team approach in providing home healthcare services and support case management services to coordinate, maximize available resources and maintain cost effectiveness in the delivery of healthcare in the home.

We provide reporting mechanisms to the Case Managers with effective analysis, efficient utilization and recommendations for cost reductions while keeping the interest of the client and the payer in perspective.

To accomplish our goal, our unique team approach encompasses not only the direct caregivers (family, physicians, nurses, therapists…), but the indirect caregivers (claim adjuster, case workers, rehabilitation engineer, teacher consultant…) who support and contribute to the delivery of our healthcare services. This interdisciplinary approach to home care allows all of these members contribute as associates in providing the highest quality healthcare to our clients.
